As always – a professional first class service delivered. No waiting about – staff are prompt very kind caring girls- always make me feel at ease.
I booked online (convenient and easy to navigate) numerous treatments which were- luxury pedicure, BIAB nails, waxing eyebrows and lip, fake tan lotion applied with exfoliation.
3 different girls and I did not wait in-between my treatments – absolutely amazing time management and so relaxing atmosphere as always.
This salon is top on my list nowhere beats this place- it is exceptional and thanks again beauties for getting me ready for my holiday to Tenerife! 🙂
Again I will be back for more pampers and nails! They have every nail polish colour imaginable guys!

Couldn’t move my neck for 3 weeks, my sister gave me a birthday gift of a massage by Roslyn it was amazing, I felt to light and relaxed and what’s better I can move my neck, I highly recommend going there, the salon is beautiful inside and staff so friendly and welcoming

Oksana is such a great asset to the Essence team. She is very friendly and manages to make a wax appointment a relaxing experience. She is very professional and very throughout with her waxing techniques. The first time Oksana done my wax appointment it was due to a staff member calling in sick and Oksana took her place. After that appointment I asked the lady at the desk what her name was because I wanted to book back in with her. This is my second time with Oksana and will definitely be back again to her. Linzi really listened to me when I told her the back issues/pain I was having, she was very professional and I really enjoyed my massage. I felt so much better after.

One of the best massages I’ve had! Possibly the most relaxed I’ve felt in 5 years and Linzi gave great advice regarding what will help with my back issues going forward! Will definitely be booking another massage more regularly

Lovely time spent chilling in the sauna and hot tub then upstairs to get our treatments, We choose Swedish massage and express facials which Louise did exactly as I ask with it very firm due to my issues and an amazing relaxing facial. Had most amazing experience. 10/10 Spa facilities were perfect and nice cosy and totally chilled out. Treatments I got was aromatherapy back massage and express facial and I can not fault any of it was amazing was so relaxed and one point got goosebumps.
